研究了荧光猝灭法测定痕量碲的方法。在 pH4.0的 NaAc-HAc 缓冲溶液中,水杨基荧光酮(SAF),氯化十四烷基吡啶(TPC)和碲(Te)形成无荧光的三元络合物,从而导致体系的荧光猝灭。在激发波长λex=494.1nm 和发射波长λem=527.5nm 时,碲(Ⅳ)含量在0~6μg/25ml 范围内,荧光猝灭程度和碲浓度成正比。方法的灵敏度高,用于测定硒和二氧化硒中碲的含量,结果令人满意。
The fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace tellurium was studied. Salicylfluorone (SAF), tetradecylpyridinium chloride (TPC) and tellurium (Te) form a non-fluorescent ternary complex in a NaAc-HAc buffer solution at pH 4.0, resulting in a Fluorescence quenching. At the excitation wavelength λex = 494.1nm and the emission wavelength λem = 527.5nm, the content of tellurium (Ⅳ) is in the range of 0-6μg / 25ml, the fluorescence quenching degree is proportional to the concentration of tellurium. The method has high sensitivity and is used to determine the content of tellurium in selenium and selenium dioxide with satisfactory results.
