图中所示为Muskegon工具工业公司发展的新型扩孔钻。该扩孔钻镶有两个不重磨式刀片,加工效率比一般粗镗刀高;由于该刀具的切削作用平衡以及结构刚性高,克服了孔中心线偏移和锥度问题,而不降低最大进给量,因此,可在铸件和锻件上加工定位不当的孔,该刀具镶装标准方形刀片,每个刀片的8个切削刃均能使用。加工1 5/8—3 1/2专孔径的孔时,用3个刀夹可装16种刀头尺寸。
Shown here is a new reaming drill developed by Muskegon Tools Industries. The reaming drill is provided with two non-reworkable blades with higher machining efficiency than a rough rough boring tool; the problem of offset and taper of the hole center is overcome due to the balanced cutting action and high structural rigidity of the reamer without reducing the maximum The infeed, therefore, permits the machining of misplaced holes in castings and forgings with standard square inserts, each of which can be used with up to eight cutting edges. When machining 1 5 / 8-3 1/2 hole with a single aperture, 16 tool sizes can be set with 3 tool holders.
