在市场经济的条件下,广告融入了千家万户的日常生活,也关乎着企业兴衰成败。当违法广告出现时,无论是纷争还是诉讼,无论是罚款还是赔偿,必是耗时伤财,平添几多烦恼。这就要求构成广告市场的任何一方——广告主、广告经营者、广告发布者和消费者都必须知道自己所处的广告法律体系,遵守广告监管法津,以求举措有方,处置得当。工商行政管理机关作为法定的广告监管机关,依法行使政府对广告监管的职权,维护广告市场的正常秩序。市场经济是法制经济。因此各行各业的商品经营者和消费者了解我国的广告法律体系是十分必要的。
Under the conditions of a market economy, advertisements are integrated into the everyday lives of thousands of households and also related to the success or failure of an enterprise. When illegal advertisements appear, whether it is a dispute or a lawsuit, whether it is a fine or a reparation, it will take time and money to add more troubles. This requires that any party that constitutes the advertising market - advertisers, advertising managers, advertisers and consumers must know the legal system in which they operate and comply with the legal regulation of advertising in order to act responsibly and properly. As a statutory supervisory authority for advertisements, the administrations for industry and commerce exercise the government’s authority over the supervision of advertisements in accordance with the law and maintain the normal order of the advertising market. Market economy is the legal economy. Therefore, all walks of life commodity managers and consumers understand our legal system of advertising is very necessary.
