近几年我们观察到烟酰胺有缓解实验性心律失常并发现它有改善药物所致房室及室内传导阻滞的作用。本文初步分析其改善传导的机制。用改良兰氏法以洛氏液灌流离体家兔心脏,将诱导电极置于左心室侧壁上缘,记录离体心电。 1.烟酰胺对异搏停作用的影响:以含异搏停洛氏液(120μg/L)灌流离体兔心,可引起心率减慢、P—R间期延长、进而出现Ⅱ度阻滞,P波消失等。烟酰胺(20~40mg)可使心率自128.5±33次/分增至185±40.2次/分,P—R间期自0.125±0.010秒缩短至0.08±0.02
In recent years, we have observed that nicotinamide can relieve experimental arrhythmia and found it has the effect of ameliorating the drug-induced atrioventricular and ventricular block.
