利用Deform有限元软件对300M钢飞机起落架段后热处理工艺进行了数值模拟。结果表明:300M钢飞机起落架最佳热处理工艺为:锻后600℃低温移入925℃加热炉保温2.5 h后,空冷35 min,再次移入720℃热处理炉中加热保温4 h,随后出炉空冷至室温。金相观察表明,经过此工艺热处理,锻件组织90%以上均为粒状珠光体,且分布均匀。
Deform finite element software was used to simulate the heat treatment process of the landing gear of 300M steel aircraft. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process of landing gear for 300M steel aircraft is as follows: after 600 ℃ forging low temperature is transferred to 925 ℃ for 2.5h, the air is cooled for 35 minutes and then air-cooled for another 35 minutes, then transferred to 720 ℃ heat treatment furnace for 4 hours, then air-cooled to room temperature . Metallographic observation shows that after this process heat treatment, more than 90% of forgings are granular pearlite with uniform distribution.
