目的探讨研究生人格特征、社会支持与人际信任的关系,为研究生心理健康教育提供参考。方法采用社会支持评定量表、人际信任量表和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对云南155名研究生进行集体测查。结果①研究生社会支持总分在不同学校(F=4.161,P<0.01)和专业(F=2.644,P<0.01)之间差异显著;人际信任度在各个变量上不存在显著差异;②人际信任与社会支持呈显著负相关(r=-0.299,P<0.01),与EPQ的N维度呈显著正相关(r=0.296,P<0.01);③主观支持(t=-2.915,P<0.01)和N维度(t=2.549,P<0.01)对人际信任的影响达到显著水平。结论社会支持和人格特征对研究生人际信任有重要影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between personality traits, social support and interpersonal trust in graduate students and to provide reference for postgraduate psychological health education. Methods Social Support Rating Scale, Interpersonal Trust Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were used to conduct a collective survey of 155 graduate students in Yunnan. Results ① The total score of postgraduate social support was significantly different among different schools (F = 4.161, P <0.01) and profession (F = 2.644, P <0.01); interpersonal trust was not significantly different among variables; ② interpersonal trust (R = -0.299, P <0.01), and positively correlated with the N dimension of EPQ (r = 0.296, P <0.01); ③ subjective support (t = -2.915, P <0.01) And N dimensions (t = 2.549, P <0.01) had a significant impact on interpersonal trust. Conclusion Social support and personality traits have a significant impact on graduate interpersonal trust.
