介绍硝酸分解磷矿石、料浆用氨水中和沉淀生产磷酸氢钙的实验研究。通过正交实验确定了获得高磷收率、高浓度、低退化磷肥的最佳反应条件是:磷矿粉与w(HNO3)56%的硝酸溶液用量分别为52.53、114.85g,w(NH3)30%的氨水用量50g,不稀释,沉淀温度40℃,烘干温度40℃。
Introduction of nitric acid decomposition of phosphate rock, slurry with ammonia and precipitation of calcium phosphate production experiment. The optimal reaction conditions for obtaining high phosphorus yield, high concentration and low degenerate phosphate fertilizer were determined by orthogonal experiment: the dosage of 56% nitric acid solution of phosphate rock and w (HNO3) were 52.53 and 114.85g, w (NH3) 30% ammonia dosage 50g, not diluted, precipitation temperature 40 ℃, drying temperature 40 ℃.
