自由液面单气泡破裂产生膜液滴空间分布实验

本文通过设计液滴分布实验装置研究气泡在自由液面处破裂产生膜液滴情况。利用熟宣纸特性以及染色液滴进行气泡破裂产生膜液滴的空间分布测量。通过扫描以及图像处理分析得到单个气泡破裂产生膜液滴空间分布情况,包括膜液滴的数目、尺寸、空间位置等。实验结果表明:气泡破裂产生膜液滴数目以及空间分布位置受破裂点产生位置影响,破裂点靠近气泡顶部,分布呈现为扁平;破裂点靠近气泡底部,分布呈现为扇面。统计15个半径为11mm气泡的实验数据,产生膜液滴平均尺寸为珚d=152.4μm,液滴谱分布图中,中小尺寸曲线同n=5的Γ曲线符合良好。 In this paper, the design of droplet distribution experimental device to study the bubbles in the free liquid surface rupture film droplet situation. Spatial distribution measurements of membrane droplets are made using the properties of cooked rice paper and the burst of bubbles by the dyed droplets. Through the scanning and image processing analysis, the bubble distribution of single bubble was obtained, including the number, size and spatial location of membrane droplets. The experimental results show that the number of droplet and the location of spatial distribution of bubble drop are affected by the location of rupture point. The rupture point is close to the top of gas bubble and the distribution is flat. The rupture point is close to the bottom of bubble and the distribution is fan-shaped. The experimental data of 15 bubbles with a radius of 11 mm were statistically analyzed. The average droplet size of the resulting film was 珚 d = 152.4 μm. The Γ curve of the small and medium size curve with n = 5 was in good agreement with the droplet spectrum.
