[目的]观察消渴安糖方颗粒对实验性糖尿病大鼠血浆促胃液素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平的影响。[方法]用链脲佐菌素(STZ)经腹腔一次性大剂量(60 mg/kg)注射制备实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照(A)组、模型(B)组、参芪降糖胶囊(C)组、消渴安糖方颗粒低剂量(D)组、消渴安糖方颗粒高剂量(E)组,每组10只。实验结束后,用放射免疫法测各组血浆GAS、MOT。[结果]C、D、E组大鼠糖尿病症状及体重明显改善;B组的GAS、MOT、胰岛素(INS)及空腹血糖(FPG)水平明显高于A组(P<0.01),C、D、E组的GAS、MOT、FPG水平明显低于B组(P<0.05),D、E组的GAS、MOT与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]实验性糖尿病大鼠普遍存在GAS、MOT水平的异常增高,消渴安糖方颗粒能显著降低实验性糖尿病大鼠血浆GAS、MOT水平。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaoke Antang Fang Granule on the levels of plasma gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MOT) in experimental diabetic rats. [Methods] Experimental diabetic rat models were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) at a high dose (60 mg/kg). Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (A) and model ( B) Group, Shenqi Jiangtang Capsule (C) group, Xiaoke Antangfang low-dose (D) group, Xiaoke Antangfang Granule high-dose (E) group, 10 in each group. After the end of the experiment, GAS and MOT were measured by radioimmunoassay in each group. [Results] Diabetic symptoms and body weight in group C, D and E were significantly improved. The levels of GAS, MOT, insulin (INS) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (P<0.01). C, D The GAS, MOT, and FPG levels in the E and E groups were significantly lower than those in the B group (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the GAS and MOT and C groups in the D and E groups (P<0.05). [Conclusion] There was an abnormal increase in GAS and MOT levels in experimental diabetic rats. Xiaoke Antang Fang Granule could significantly reduce the GAS and MOT levels in experimental diabetic rats.
