目的:以抗眩晕颗粒为例,探讨中药复方半仿生提取(semi-bionic extraction,简称SBE)的研究方法。方法:以泽泻醇B乙酸酯、川芎嗪、阿魏酸、总生物碱、大黄素和大黄酚之和、干浸膏为指标成分,用正交试验优选半仿生提取的工艺条件。结果:优选出的工艺条件为:用10%HCl调第1煎pH值为2.00,用10%NaOH分别调第2煎、第3煎pH值为7.50、8.50,溶剂用量依次为10,8,6倍,煎煮时间依次为2.0,1.5,1.5h。结论:验证试验结果表明,优选出的SBE工艺条件稳定、可行,优于原工艺条件。
Objective: To study the anti-dizziness particles as an example to study the semi-bionic extraction (SBE) method of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The extraction of alisol B acetate, ligustrazine, ferulic acid, total alkaloids, emodin and chrysophanol, dry extract as an index component, using orthogonal test conditions of semi-bionic extraction. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: the pH value was adjusted to 1.00 with 10% HCl, the pH value was 2.00 with 10% NaOH, the second with 10% NaOH, the third with pH value 7.50,8.50, the solvent with the order of 10,8, 6 times, boiling time followed by 2.0,1.5,1.5 h. Conclusion: The validation results show that the optimized SBE process conditions are stable and feasible, which is better than the original process conditions.
