我科发现一家族四代13人中有6例罹患Fucsh角膜营养不良,特报告如下。例1:先证者男,71岁。因双眼在强光下视物不清两年多就诊。患者曾因患高血压致左侧肢体运动失灵12年,无糖尿病及其他特殊病史。近两年来感视力逐渐减退,强光下尤甚,伴畏光,无流泪,自觉傍晚视物较午间清晰。父母及家族中无近亲联姻,其母于40岁时双眼视力减退。查体,血压120/80。左侧肢体运动受限,感觉迟钝。尿糖阴性。眼科检查:右眼视力指数为10厘米,近视力0.1看不
