在外墙外保温工程中,真空绝热板的应用主要借鉴膨胀聚苯板等薄抹灰系统的技术和材料,可能存在黏结性不良的问题。本文对用于膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰系统的胶黏剂与真空绝热板的黏结性能进行试验研究及机理分析,明确了胶黏剂中水泥和可再分散乳胶粉掺量以及真空绝热板热熔热压工艺的影响作用。同时,提出了胶黏剂用于真空绝热板的改性策略并进行了正交试验分析。结果表明,添加EVA乳液等方法有助于提高胶黏剂与真空绝热板的拉伸黏结强度。
In the external insulation works, the application of vacuum insulation panels mainly refer to thin plastering systems such as expanded polystyrene board technology and materials, there may be problems of poor adhesion.
