本文全面分析了苏州河地区排水防涝面临的形势,利用水力模型评估地区排水防涝能力和存在问题;按照提标控污的总体目标,构建了“集中深层调蓄”、“就地分散调蓄”和“就地全面改造”三类对策措施,并经技术经济比较后推荐了“集中深层调蓄”方案,最后利用模型评估了该措施的工程效益。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the situation of drainage waterlogging prevention in Suzhou Creek area, and uses the hydraulic model to evaluate the drainage waterlogging prevention capacity and existing problems in the area.
