目的:研究早期肠内营养(EEN)液中添加黄芪,对部分结肠切除大鼠术后抗氧化的影响。方法:将20只大鼠随机分为两组,即实验组(术后添加黄芪EN组),对照组(术后EN组)。分别于实验开始后第11天取静脉血2 ml,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)。结果:实验组大鼠血清SOD和GSH-PX含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期给予添加黄芪的EN液,有利于部分结肠切除大鼠术后氧自由基的清除,提高抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the effect of adding astragalus in enteral nutrition (EEN) solution on the anti-oxidation of partial colon resection in rats. Methods: Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (Astragalus membranaceus EN group after operation) and control group (EN group after operation). On the 11th day after the start of the experiment, 2 ml of venous blood was taken for determination of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX). Results: The contents of serum SOD and GSH-PX in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the levels of serum MDA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: EN solution supplemented with astragalus at the early postoperative period is beneficial to the clearance of oxygen free radicals after partial colonic resection in rats and improves the anti-oxidative effect.
