国家计委、建设部近日大幅调低住房交易手续费收费标准,最大降幅达到80％。尽管住房消费已经成为新的消费热点,但消费环境的改善却未尽如人意,手续繁杂,老百姓除了承受高昂的房价,买房还要交上许多零碎钱,而且加起来并不是一个小数目。 各地降低各种住房消费税费的呼声甚隆,此番住房交易手续费的下调可谓是应运而生,但各方的反映却非常平静,有人形容此举为“挠痒”。
