以象草品系N51幼穗为外植体,研究培养基不同浓度NaC l对幼穗离体培养的影响。结果表明,象草幼穗不同组织培养阶段对NaC l的敏感程度不同,象草颗粒状愈伤组织继代培养NaC l胁迫筛选的临界浓度为20g/L,而分化培养NaC l胁迫筛选的临界浓度为18 g/L、致死浓度为20 g/L,分化培养阶段比继代培养阶段对NaC l更加敏感。
