通过探索性实验研究了三聚磷酸钠交联木薯淀粉的合成方法,对三聚磷酸钠交联木薯淀粉胶粘剂的性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,加入三聚磷酸钠制备的环保型胶粘剂具有耐水性和稳定性好、粘结能力强等特点。用响应曲面法对合成条件进行了优化,确定最佳反应条件为:过氧化氢为2.18g、氢氧化钠为2.91g、交联剂三聚磷酸钠用量为0.25g,催化剂为淀粉用量的0.33%,并用红外光谱仪对产品结构进行了分析。
Through exploratory experiments, the synthesis of sodium tripolyphosphate cross-linked tapioca starch was studied and the properties of sodium tripolyphosphate cross-linked tapioca starch adhesive were tested. Experimental results show that adding sodium tripolyphosphate environment-friendly adhesive has good water resistance and stability, bonding ability and other characteristics. The reaction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: hydrogen peroxide 2.18g, sodium hydroxide 2.91g, cross-linking agent sodium tripolyphosphate 0.25g and catalyst 0.33 %, And the product structure was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.
