目的:研究八角茴香研末热外敷腹部治疗腹部手术术后腹胀的疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年5月郁南县第二人民医院收治的60名腹部手术术后腹胀患者,随机分观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的治疗及护理,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上加八角茴香研末外敷腹脐部,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97%,病人自诉腹痛腹胀症状明显减轻,并有排气排便,及时减轻患者的痛苦,医生信任度97%,满意度97%;对照组总有效率为77%,医生信任度70%,满意度83%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用八角茴香研末热外敷腹脐部是手术后腹胀的一种疗效可靠、安全的治疗方法,且使用方便,无副作用;能及时减轻患者的痛苦。
OBJECTIVE: To study the curative effect of abdominal injection of star anise on the abdomen after abdominal surgery. Methods: Sixty patients with abdominal distension after abdominal surgery who were admitted to Second People’s Hospital of Yunan County from January 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing. The observation group On the basis of routine treatment and care, add the star anise to the umbilical part and compare the curative effect of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 97% in the observation group. The symptoms of abdominal distension were significantly reduced in patients with self-accusation of abdominal pain, with excretion of defecation and timely relief of patients’ pain. The doctor’s trust was 97% and the satisfaction was 97%, while the control group’s total effective rate was 77% , 70% confidence rate of doctors, 83% satisfaction, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of star anise to the end of the heat application of the umbilical part of the abdominal distension after surgery is a reliable and safe treatment, and easy to use, no side effects; timely relief of the patient’s pain.
