患者女,27岁,主因“停经36+1周,合并系统性红斑狼疮,阴道出血2h”于2009年7月24日急诊入院。平素月经规律5/(30～40)d,末次月经2008年11月13日,预产期2009年8月20日。停经30余天尿HCG(+),停经18周感胎动活跃。定期产检,核对孕周无误。唐氏血清学筛查低危,50g葡萄糖负荷试验4.68mmol/L。骨盆正常,孕期平顺,无腹痛及阴道出血。
Female patient, 27 years old, mainly due to “menopause 36 + 1 week, with systemic lupus erythematosus, vaginal bleeding 2h” on July 24, 2009 emergency admission. Normal menstrual regularity 5 / (30 ~ 40) d, the last menstrual November 13, 2008, the expected date of August 20, 2009. Menopause urinary HCG (+) more than 30 days, 18 weeks after menopause feeling fetal activity. Regular inspection, check the correct gestational age. Down’s serological screening of low-risk, 50g glucose load test 4.68mmol / L. Normal pelvis, smooth pregnancy, no abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding.
