●由《中国社会科学季刊》和《中外管理导报》两家权威杂志联合举办的《中国国家利益分析》研讨会于1997年6月在北京召开。中国学界部分先锋人物应邀出席,研讨会由《中国社会科学辑刊》主编、中国社会科学研究所所长邓正来先生主持。●澄清并重新认识国家利益概念●分析国家利益的出路●指出维护国家利益的手段●提出增加国家利益实力的途径●为国家制定对外政策指定出发点●国家的利益关系直接构成国家的对外政策,对国家利益的全面认识,是所有现代民族国家制定对外政策的基本出发点。
● The “China National Interests Analysis Seminar” co-sponsored by two authoritative journals, “China Social Science Quarterly” and “Chinese and Foreign Management Guidance,” was held in Beijing in June 1997. Some pioneers from Chinese academia were invited to attend the symposium, which was chaired by Mr. Deng Zhenglai, editor in charge of China Social Science Journal and director of China Institute of Social Sciences. ● Clarify and re-understand the concept of national interest ● Way out for analyzing national interests ● Indicate ways to safeguard national interests ● Propose ways to increase the strength of national interests ● Designate the starting point for the formulation of foreign policies ● The interest relations of the countries directly constitute the foreign policies of the country. The comprehensive understanding of national interests is the basic starting point for all modern nation-states in formulating their foreign policies.
