目前,随着我国高等教育的不断普及,高职院校的学生数量也在不断地增加,但是受人才市场巨大的竞争压力以及企业、学生自身等各方面因素的影响,导致企业与毕业生之间存在沟通不畅的现状,类似于企业无法寻找到适合的人,高职学生无法找到合适工作的现象时有发生。所以,本文从高职学生心理资本这一问题入手,探讨了其对学生就业能力的影响。进而提出了采用心理资本干预方法促进学生就业能力提高的策略。
At present, with the popularization of higher education in our country, the number of students in higher vocational colleges is also constantly increasing. Therefore, starting with the problem of psychological capital of higher vocational students, this paper discusses its impact on students’ employability. Then put forward a strategy of using psychological capital intervention to promote the improvement of students’ employability.
