在将紫苏油样本的拉曼光谱强度值转换成角度值后,采用偏最小二乘法建立了紫苏油中α-亚麻酸含量的测定方法。实验结果表明:测量最大相对误差为-4.28%,RSD为2.79%,与紫外分光光度法测定结果接近。该方法可以在不破坏紫苏油封装的前提下,实现α-亚麻酸含量的快速、准确、现场即时的检测。
After the intensity of Raman spectra of Perilla frutescens oil was converted into the angle value, the determination method of α-linolenic acid in Perilla frutescens oil was established by partial least squares method. The experimental results show that the maximum relative error is -4.28% and the RSD is 2.79%, which is close to the result of UV spectrophotometry. The method can realize the rapid, accurate and on-the-spot detection of α-linolenic acid content without breaking the perilla oil encapsulation.
