目的了解我院口服降脂药的应用现状及趋势。方法对我院2007～2009年口服降脂药种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果 2008年、2009年口服降脂药销售金额增长率分别为13.26%、11.15%;最常用的是HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂和烟酸及其衍生物。结论我院口服降脂药应用呈增长趋势,其临床应用结构合理。
Objective To understand the status and trends of oral administration of lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital. Methods Statistics and analysis of the types, dosage, sales amount, frequency of medication, daily average cost of oral lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were conducted. Results The sales growth rates of oral lipid-lowering drugs in 2008 and 2009 were 13.26% and 11.15%, respectively. HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors and nicotinic acid and its derivatives were most commonly used. Conclusion The application of oral lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital is increasing, and its clinical application is reasonable.
