在经济社会和信息科技等迅速发展的今天,企业能够获得源源不断的动力、在不断变化的市场中拥有自己的竞争力的重要环节是人力资源的管理。而绩效考核是人力资源管理的一个重要依据,对企业员工工作的考核、监督、评定反映出员工的工作能力和能带给公司的效益。通过对员工工作的绩效评估了解到工作中的不足之处以及反映出的问题,并及时予以纠正,同时对表现良好的员工进行鼓励以提高员工的工作积极性,对企业发展具有重要意义。绩效考核已经成为企业不断进步的重要手段之一。
