以提高AZ91D镁合金耐蚀性为主要目的,采用化学磷化在其表面制备了锌系磷化膜。通过盐雾试验、电化学阻抗(EIS)以及Tafel曲线等方法研究了磷化膜的外观形貌与耐蚀性。结果表明,在磷化时间15 min,温度60℃,酸比6~8区间范围内磷化膜盐雾试验5.5 h不生锈腐蚀。调节磷化液酸比范围有效的改善了磷化膜的膜层质量,间接提高了镁合金的耐蚀性,延长使用寿命。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy, chemical phosphating was used to prepare a zinc-based phosphate coating on its surface. The morphology and corrosion resistance of phosphate coatings were studied by means of salt spray test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Tafel curve. The results showed that there was no rust corrosion in the phosphate spray salt spray test for 5.5 h at the phosphating time of 15 min, the temperature of 60 ℃ and the acid ratio of 6 to 8. Adjusting the ratio of phosphated liquid to acid effectively improves the film quality of phosphating film, indirectly improves the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy and prolongs the service life.
