壳体结构关系到地下溶洞测量装置能否承受深水高压,是保证其总体性能的关键技术。在ANSYS中直接建立了壳体结构的模型,对其进行有限元分析,得到壳体结构在柱面均布载荷作用力下的形变图并计算出其结构刚度,根据分析结果,设计出满足地下2 000 m溶洞测量要求的细长筒体结构。
The structure of the shell relates to whether the underground caverns can bear the pressure of deep water and is the key technology to ensure its overall performance. In ANSYS, the model of the shell structure was directly established and the finite element analysis was performed. The deformation of the shell structure under uniform cylindrical load was obtained and its structural rigidity was calculated. According to the analysis results, Slender tube structure required for 2 000 m karst measurements.
