针对大型发电机铁芯磁阻对线圈电感计算的影响较难定量分析的问题,分别采用磁路法和磁场法计算大型水轮发电机单个线圈的电感参数。对2种方法计算结果的比较表明:磁路法根据基波主磁路对铁芯磁阻的近似折算对单个线圈的电感计算产生一定误差。尤其对于大型发电机,因其极数多,槽数多,不同磁路中铁芯磁位降的差异较大,如果铁芯还存在饱和现象,铁芯磁阻的影响将会更大。这时要准确计算电感参数,最好采用磁场分析法,这能更加准确地考虑发电机定、转子铁芯磁阻及饱和的影响。
Aiming at the problem that the influence of magnetoresistance of large generator core on coil inductance is difficult to quantitatively analyze, the inductance parameters of single coil of large hydroelectric generator are respectively calculated by magnetic circuit method and magnetic field method. The comparison between the two methods shows that the magnetic circuit method produces some error in the inductance calculation of a single coil based on the approximate conversion of the main magnetic circuit of the fundamental wave to the reluctance of the core. Especially for large generators, because of the large number of poles and the large number of slots, the magnetic potential difference of the iron cores in different magnetic circuits is quite different. If the iron core is still saturated, the influence of the iron core reluctance will be greater. At this time to accurately calculate the inductance parameters, the best magnetic field analysis, which can more accurately consider the generator stator and rotor core reluctance and saturation.
