目前我国的执业资格制度在借鉴了经济发达国家的经验基础上,结合中国的国情取得了可喜的进展,从维护国家和社会公众的利益出发,实行了对从事工程造价管理职业的专业人员执业资格考试和注册制度,笔者认为这对于深化工程造价管理的改革,实行规范化管理制度是十分必要的。相应制度的完善和建立又同时对执业人员的执业道德和行为规范提出了更为严格的要求。 At present, China’s practice qualification system draws on the experience of economically developed countries, based on China’s national conditions have made gratifying progress, from the interests of the state and the public starting, the implementation of the project cost management professionals engaged in the practice of qualifications Examination and registration system, I think this is for deepening the reform of project cost management, the implementation of standardized management system is very necessary.
