[目的]了解全省疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状,为进一步加强疾病预防控制机构人才队伍建设,优化人力资源配置提供重要依据。[方法]采用统一设计的调查表,对全省55个疾病预防控制机构进行调查,调查资料用Excel2000建立数据库,用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析处理。[结果]全省州(地、市)级机构平均50人,县(区)级机构平均22人、平均年龄39.6岁、学历以专科为主占45.7%、专业以医学为主平均占54.1%、职称以初级人员为主占42.7%。[结论]人力资源总量不足,越是基层越明显,人员整体素质较低,结构不合理,严重制约机构的发展。
[Objective] To understand the current situation of human resources in CDC institutions in the province and provide an important basis for further strengthening the construction of qualified personnel in disease prevention and control institutions and optimizing the allocation of human resources. [Method] The questionnaire of unified design was used to investigate 55 disease prevention and control institutions in the province. The survey data were set up with Excel2000 and the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. [Results] The average number of prefectures (prefectures and cities) level institutions in the province was 50, and that of the county (district) level institutions was 22 on average, with an average age of 39.6 years. The academic background mainly consisted of 45.7% of junior college graduates, and the major was medicine, accounting for 54.1% , Account for the primary staff accounted for 42.7%. [Conclusion] The total amount of human resources is insufficient. The more the grass-roots level is, the lower the overall quality of personnel and the unreasonable structure, seriously restricting the development of the institution.
