阜新蒙古族自治县蜘蛛山镇葫芦汤小流域内水土流失,制约了当地农业发展,致使经济增长缓慢和农村群众生活贫困,同时对生态安全造成严重影响。为此,当地对该流域进行了综合治理建设。通过对该小流域综合治理的工程建设管理和工程运行管理及预防监督管理等分析,旨在为工程建设期和工程运行期管理提供参考依据。
