目的 了解甲状旁腺囊肿的特点,总结其诊治经验。方法 回顾性研究了我院1990～1995年收治甲状旁腺囊肿3例的临床表现、B超检查的特点;并结合文献,讨论了甲状旁腺囊肿诊治的有关问题。结果 本组3例病例,2例手术切除,1例细针穿刺加硬化剂治疗,病理及细胞学检查证实为甲状旁腺囊肿。3例均无复发。结论细针穿刺加硬化利治疗是治疗甲状旁腺囊肿首选方法,对复发或有压迫症状者手术切除。功能性甲状旁腺囊肿手术切除是唯一有效的方法。
Objective To understand the characteristics of parathyroid cysts and summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment. Methods A retrospective study of our hospital from 1990 to 1995, the clinical manifestations of parathyroid cysts in 3 cases, the characteristics of B-ultrasound; and combined with the literature to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid cysts issues. Results The group of 3 cases, 2 cases of surgical resection, 1 case of fine needle aspiration and sclerotherapy, pathology and cytology confirmed as parathyroid cyst. No recurrence in 3 cases. Conclusion Fine needle aspiration plus sclerosis treatment is the preferred method for the treatment of parathyroid cysts, and surgical resection of recurrent or oppressed symptoms. Surgical removal of functional parathyroid cysts is the only effective method.
