目的 :评定前庭对冷、热水刺激后反应的敏感性。方法 :将 40例志愿参试者随机分为数学计算组、回答问题组、听音乐组和听故事组 ,前两组为主动警觉组 ,后两组为被动警觉组 ,每组 10例 ,分别给左耳冷、热水刺激 ,应用 HB- 3ENG微机处理系统眼震电图仪记录极盛期水平眼震慢相角速度 2 0 s。结果 :两个主动警觉组与两个被动警觉组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :临床进行前庭温度试验采用主动警觉较为合理。
OBJECTIVE: To assess the sensitivity of vestibular responses to cold and hot water stimulation. Methods: 40 volunteers were randomly divided into mathematical calculation group, answer the question group, listen to music group and listen to the story group, the first two groups were active alert group, the latter two groups were passive alert group, 10 cases in each group To the left ear cold, hot water stimulation, the application of HB-3ENG microcomputer processing system electronystagmography record peak level nystagmus slow phase angular velocity 20s. Results: There was a significant difference between the two active alert groups and the two passive alert groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: It is more reasonable to adopt the active alertness in clinical vestibular temperature test.
