本文首先讨论了合训学员领导管理素质的内涵,并在此基础上,建立了军校合训学员领导管理素质评价体系。采用层次分析法,结合调查问卷进行信息处理,使得评价结果科学合理。通过模型的实际运用,我们能够从系统整体角度出发对军校合训学员的领导管理素质有一个量化的认识,使之具有了可比性和可操作性,为不断提高军校合训学员领导管理素质制定有针对性的教育方案和教育措施提供了理论基础。
This paper firstly discusses the connotation of the leadership quality of cooperative trainees, and on this basis, establishes the evaluation system of leadership qualifications of military trainees. Analytic hierarchy process, combined with the questionnaire for information processing, making the evaluation results are scientific and reasonable. Through the practical application of the model, we can have a quantitative understanding of the leadership and management qualities of cadets in military schools from a system-wide perspective and make them comparable and manageable. In order to continuously improve the leadership quality of cadets in military cadets, Targeted education programs and educational measures provide the theoretical basis.
