生活在长江之滨三峡坝区,经常可以看见一位精神焕发的女同志热情地为库区移民排忧解难、办实事的身影,她就是第九届、十届全国人大代表戴丽莉。1998年3月,戴丽莉满载着6000万湖北人民的嘱托,满载着10余万三峡移民的愿望来到北京,参加九届全国人大一次会议。从那时起,戴丽莉时刻牢记一个人大代表的神圣职责,充分行使人民赋予她的这份权利,为维护国家和人民的利益做出了自己最大的努力。大到三峡工程建设、小到老百姓的家庭生活,都有她为之流下的辛勤汗水。6年来,先后围绕三峡库区的经济发展、三峡移民扶贫致富、加强国民教育、维护法律的公平正义等提出了40多件建议及议案,为人民群众做了很多好事,被老百姓称为“当之无愧的好代表”。
