针对国内使用的掘进机减速器屡有故障发生的状况,通过对EBJ-160型掘进机装载机构圆锥齿轮减速器型式试验技术及其试验结果的分析。证明该减速器确实可提高作业的可靠性,具有实际的经济价值。
Aiming at the frequent failures of TBM reducer used in China, this paper analyzes the type test technology of the bevel gear reducer of EBJ - 160 TBM loading mechanism and its test results. Proved that the reducer can indeed improve the reliability of operations, with real economic value.
