针对锌白铜带在260~280℃加热过程中发黄的问题,通过扫描电镜观察和能谱分析,结合不同试样变色情况的差异,研究了锌白铜的发黄机理。结果表明:未加热铜带表面存在与铜带研磨方向一致的沟痕,而加热后铜带表面形成了明显的氧化物,因此研磨过程中电解质的残留是锌白铜表面加热发黄的主要原因。通过调整研磨工艺,基本抑制了锌白铜表面加热发黄。
In view of the yellowing problem of zinc-copper strip heated at 260 ~ 280 ℃, the yellowing mechanism of zinc white copper was studied by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that there is a groove mark on the surface of unheated copper strip which is consistent with the grinding direction of copper strip. However, the surface of the copper strip is obviously oxidized when it is heated. Therefore, the residue of electrolyte in the grinding process is the main reason for heating and yellowing the surface of zinc white copper. By adjusting the grinding process, basically inhibited the zinc yellow copper surface heating yellow.
