鉴于用3-甲-4二甲氨基偶氮苯、4-二甲氨基偶氮苯、二乙基亚硝胺、和二甲基亚硝胺在动物诱发肝脏肿瘤时,血清甲胎蛋白升高的动物所占百分率很高,但有报道用黄曲霉毒素 B_1诱发动物肝脏肿瘤时,血清甲胎蛋白不见升高,这是令人奇怪的,因为一般认为黄曲霉毒素 B_1在人类肝癌病因中是起一定作用的,而在大部分人类肝癌患者血清甲胎蛋白浓度是升高
