There were 10 patients had received angiography and local foral perfusive chemotherapy in 12 ~ 23 months postoperatively who underwent the radical Mile’s operation with CT examinations. The conclusion was that the angiography could confirm the meurrent diagnosis easily combined with CT, and local arterial pertusive chemotherapy was helpful to prevent recurrence and matastasis of the careinoma.
