我厂生产的480柴油机气缸盖,其各座孔尺寸及位置精度要求较高,尤其是进、排气门座面对导管孔轴线的垂直度允差为0.025mm(见附图)。导管孔直径是φ13H7;进、排气门座孔直径分别为φ37H7和φ32H7。由于进、排气门座面的有效接触平面在半径方向上只有3.5mm,与气缸盖底平面距离又分别为9.25mm和9mm。所以若用导管孔心棒定位。安装各种量表均无法使量表触点接触到被测表面。我们根据零件的特点,设计了这套气缸盖各座面对导管孔轴线垂直度检具(见附图)。这套
