The chemical composition, mechanical properties, production process and economic benefits of the as-cast ferrite-pearlite ductile iron wheels are introduced. The results show that the service life of as-cast ferrite-pearlite ductile iron wheels is about 1.5 times that of ZG35 ore wheels.
