目的对乌灵菌粉的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱层析、制备液相等多种分离手段,对乌灵菌粉中石油醚、乙酸乙酯部分进行提取、分离、纯化,通过核磁数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定4个化合物,分别为:5-hydroxymellein(1)、5-carboxylmellein(2)、金雀异黄素(3)和5-methylmellein(4)。结论化合物2,3,4为首次从乌灵菌粉提取分离得到;化合物1,2,4为乌灵菌粉的特征性成分。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Wulin powder. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and preparative liquid separation methods were used to extract, separate and purify the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions from Radix Astragali. The structures were identified by NMR data. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as 5-hydroxymellein (1), 5-carboxylmellein (2), genistein (3) and 5-methylmellein (4). Conclusion Compounds 2, 3 and 4 were isolated and isolated from Radix Astragali powder for the first time. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were the characteristic components of Radix et Rhizoma powder.
