结果 研究组A的SIBO阳性率明显高于研究组B与参照组,研究组B的SIBO阳性率高于参照组;研究组A的外周血CD14+单核细胞表面TLR2+?TLR4+细胞所占的比例均高于研究组B与参“,”Objective To study the relationship between TLR2 and TLR4 levels on the surface of monocytes in peripheral blood of liver cancer and the overgrowth of small intestinal bacteria. Methods The researches subjects were 45 cases of HBV-related liver cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019,35 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients, and 15 cases of healthy physical examination patients, respectively divided into study group A,study group B and reference group.TLR2 and TLR4 levels in study group A,study group B and control group and the growth status of small intestinal bacteria were analyzed. Results The SIBO positive rate of study group A was significantly higher than that of study group B and the control group, and the SIBO positive rate of study group B was higher than that of the control group. The proportion of TLR2+ and TLR4+ cells on the surface of CD14+ monocytes in study group A was higher than that in study group B and control group (P <0.05).The proportion of cells in study group B was statistically significant different from that in the control group (P <0.05).The peripheral blood CD14+ monocyte surface TLR4+ cell GMF of study group A was significantly higher than that of study group B and the reference group (P <0.05),and the comparison of peripheral blood CD14+ monocyte surface TLR4+ cell GMF of study group B was significant (P <0.05).The plasma endotoxin level in study group A was higher than that in study group B and control group. The endotoxin level of hepatitis B liver cancer with SIBO-positive patients was significantly higher than that of SIBO-negative patients (P <0.05).Conclusion The incidence of SIBO in HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma was high, and the levels of plasma endotoxin,TLR2 and TLR4 in patients with SIBO were increased.High levels of TLR2 and TLR4 in SIBO patients have a positive effect on the development and progression of liver cancer.
