对于幼儿来说,创新素质的发展和教师的评价有着极其密切的关系。由于幼儿的生理、心理发展特点,他们对自己的认识通常是通过成人的评价来获得的。成人赞成、欣赏、予以肯定的,幼儿就会朝此方向努力,反之则会被淡化。而教师是孩子们心中具有权威性的人物形象。因此,教师对他们的思想、行为做出何种反映和评价,对幼儿的意识和行为的影响是非常巨大的。所以,只有教师能够对幼儿的各种创新行为给以科学、准确、富于艺术的积极评价,引发幼儿的创新动机,从而产生创新兴趣,才能增强幼儿的创新意识,培养他们的创新能力,逐步形成具有创新的人格特征,发展其创新素质。
For young children, the development of innovative quality and teacher evaluation has a very close relationship. Because of the physical and psychological development of children, their understanding of themselves is usually obtained through the evaluation of adults.
