泰国商务部外贸司于1997年11月10日,对来自包括中国在内的5个国家的热轧卷板正式立案,进行反倾销调查。此案涉及我国14家出口企业。1996年出口量6万多吨,出口金额1700多万美元。这是中国五矿化工进出口商会组织反倾销应诉以来首次受理泰国反倾销案件。接到通知后,五矿化工商会立即通过《国际商报》刊发消息,并分别向泰国商务部、中国驻泰国使馆经商处发函,询问详细情况。最终组织了武汉钢铁公司、重庆钢铁公司和韶关钢铁公司三家企业应诉。并通过推荐等形式,
On November 10, 1997, the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand formally filed a case on hot-rolled coil from five countries including China and conducted an anti-dumping investigation. The case involves 14 export enterprises in our country. In 1996, it exported more than 60,000 tons and exported more than 17 million U.S. dollars. This is the first time that China Minmetals Import & Export Chamber of Commerce organizes anti-dumping cases in response to the anti-dumping response. Upon receipt of the notice, the Minmetals Chamber of Commerce immediately published a message through the International Business Daily and sent a letter to the Business Office of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and the Chinese Embassy in Thailand asking details.
