From 1999 to the beginning of 2000, the most striking landscape in China’s IT industry was the sudden emergence of PDA products. After 10 years of silence, PDA products surprisingly expanded to over 1 million units in a short period of time, surpassing the sales volume of the previous 10 years. In general, there is only two possibilities for such a high-speed expansion of a product market: firstly, a major breakthrough has been made in technology; second, the role of foam has been promoted. Specific to the PDA product itself, it should be said that these two factors exist, the key depends on what kind of factors play a leading role. Of course, if a market develops, it will be beneficial to promote industry progress and technology upgrading. However, the problem is that such an astonishing bloat is not normal and worthy of vigilance. What is strange, however, is that no one realizes its dangers, but on the contrary it is a sound of applause. It seems that such a development can not be based on speculation and can not come at the expense of consumers.
