本文运用实验方法,研究了中国制度情境下决策偏见对决策效率的影响,并找到了抑制决策偏见的两种方法——责任感与升职机制。实验结果表明,决策者会对自己做出的决策产生偏好性,进而产生过度自信和抵触变革的心理。责任感与升职机制可以直接抑制这些决策偏见,也可以通过减弱偏好性对过度自信和抵触变革的促进作用而抑制决策偏见。本文研究结论为中国企业优化决策机制提供了思路。
In this paper, we use experimental methods to study the impact of policy bias on decision-making efficiency under the institutional environment of China, and find two ways to curb decision bias: responsibility and promotion mechanism. The experimental results show that policymakers will have a preference for their own decision-making, resulting in psychology of overconfidence and resistance to change. The sense of responsibility and promotion mechanism can directly suppress these policy prejudices, and can also inhibit policy bias by weakening the propensity of preference to promote overconfidence and resistance. The conclusion of this paper provides ideas for Chinese enterprises to optimize their decision-making mechanism.
