教学机智是教师面临复杂教学情况所表现的一种敏感、迅速、准确的判断能力。论文通过分析三位教师的教学案例,指出教学机智在教学中的有效性和必要性,进一步强调教师要不断加强学习、研究和反思,正确运用教学机智,真正的提高课堂教学效果。
Teaching tactics is a sensitive, rapid and accurate judgment ability that teachers face in the complex teaching situation. By analyzing the teaching cases of the three teachers, the thesis points out the effectiveness and necessity of teaching tactics in teaching, and further emphasizes that teachers should constantly strengthen learning, research and reflection, correctly use teaching tactics, and truly improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
