本文在明确高职教师教学能力内涵的基础上,深入常州科教城5所高职院校教师群体和教师课堂,结合有关文献和理论,从不同侧面了解高职教师教学能力状况及其影响因素。高职教师教学能力的提高除了教师自身的努力外,还要给教师提供外部支持性环境,具体应做到以下两方面:国家主导,加强和完善高职教师能力发展的政策引导与保障;学校主体,为教师教学能力的提高构建有效的平台与环境。
On the basis of clarifying the connotation of teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper delves into the teachers’ groups and teachers’ classrooms of 5 vocational colleges in Changzhou Science and Education City. Combining with relevant literatures and theories, this paper studies the status of higher vocational teachers’ teaching ability and its influencing factors from different aspects. In addition to the teacher’s own efforts, the improvement of the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers should also provide teachers with an external supportive environment. The specific two aspects should be achieved: the state-led policy guidance and protection to strengthen and improve the development of higher vocational teachers’ ability; The main body, to improve the teaching ability of teachers to build an effective platform and environment.
