六号耐磨合金铸铁是我所立足国内资源研究成功的一种新型金属耐磨材料。通过鉴定以后广泛应用于炼铁高炉物料输送系统,布料溜槽的衬板等,其寿命比一般原使用材料高4—7倍。但是在使用过程中发现,采用六号耐磨合金铸铁生产的衬板寿命大大提高,连接衬板与母体的螺栓却沿用普通标准件,往往衬板还没有磨损,螺栓却需要更换,影响高炉生产的正常运行,增加操作工人的劳动强度。
