采用免疫组化和原位杂交技术探讨BDNF ,NT3及其mRNA在成年猫背根节 (DRG)的分布 .结果 :BD NF及其mRNA的阳性细胞主要是中、小神经元 .其在大、中、小神经元的阳性百分数分别是 (% ) :1 70± 0 35,11 2 1± 1 16 ,30 0 3± 1 4 9;4 31± 0 59,8 33± 1 2 3,15 88± 1 53 与之比较 ,NT3及其mRNA的阳性细胞则主要是大神经元 .大、中、小神经元NT3及其mRNA的阳性百分数分别是 (% ) :2 6 70± 2 71,6 2 1± 1 2 4 ,13 2 1± 2 85;2 2 81± 3 10 ,6 2 3± 0 96 ,19 78± 1 33 此外 ,DRG内亦有部分BDNF ,NT3及其mRNA阳性的卫星细胞及少数雪旺细胞 .提示BDNF ,NT3在背根节的表达涉及不同亚群的DRG神经元 ,且涉及非神经细胞 .
The distribution of BDNF, NT3 and their mRNA in dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of adult cats was investigated by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.Results: The positive cells of BDNF and its mRNA were mainly middle and small neurons, (%): 1 70 ± 0 35,11 2 1 ± 1 16,30 30 ± 1 49; 4 31 ± 0 59,8 33 ± 1 2 3,15 88 ± 1 53 In contrast, the positive cells of NT3 and its mRNA were mainly large neurons.The positive percentage of NT3 and its mRNA in large, medium and small neurons were (%): 2 6 70 ± 2 71,6 2 1 ± 1 2 4, 13 2 1 ± 2 85; 2 2 81 ± 3 10, 6 2 3 ± 0 96, 19 78 ± 1 33 In addition, there are also some BDNF, NT3 and its mRNA positive satellite cells in the DRG and a few Schwann cells suggest that expression of BDNF and NT3 in the dorsal root ganglia involves different subsets of DRG neurons and involves non-neuronal cells.
